Assessment of Dynamic Mode Decomposition (DMD) Model for Ionospheric TEC Map Predictions
نویسندگان
چکیده
In this study, we assess the Dynamic Mode Decomposition (DMD) model applied with global ionospheric vertical Total Electron Content (vTEC) maps to construct 24-h vTEC map forecasts using available International GNSS Service (IGS) 2-h cadence maps. addition, examine impact of a EUV 121.6 nm time series data source DMD control (DMDc) framework, which shows an improvement in Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) values compared IGS final solution Both and DMDc predictions present close RMSE scores CODE 1-day predicted maps, both for quiet disturbed solar activity. Finally, evaluate East-North-Up (ENU) coordinate system errors metric, as correction L1 single-frequency GPS/GNSS Single Point Positioning (SPP) solutions. Based on these findings, argue that commonly adopted comparison metric fails correctly reflect informative positioning solutions dual-frequency corrections.

15 صفحه اولstatic versus dynamic assessment of l2 learners’ reading ability
dynamic assessment according to vygotskys sociocultural theory, states that instruction and assessment are interrelated. using static forms of assessment with second and foreign language students could do more harm than good. many teachers neglect to take account of the complexity involved in learning a second or foreign language and often wonder why learning of a language take so long. thi...
Randomized Dynamic Mode Decomposition
This paper presents a randomized algorithm for computing the near-optimal low-rank dynamic mode decomposition (DMD). Randomized algorithms are emerging techniques to compute low-rank matrix approximations. They are able to ease the computational challenges arising in the area of ‘big data’. The idea is to derive from the high-dimensional input matrix a smaller matrix, which is then used to effi...
متن کاملBayesian Dynamic Mode Decomposition
Dynamic mode decomposition (DMD) is a datadriven method for calculating a modal representation of a nonlinear dynamical system, and it has been utilized in various fields of science and engineering. In this paper, we propose Bayesian DMD, which provides a principled way to transfer the advantages of the Bayesian formulation into DMD. To this end, we first develop a probabilistic model correspon...
متن کاملDynamic mode decomposition for compressive system identification
Dynamic mode decomposition has emerged as a leading technique to identify spatiotemporal coherent structures from high-dimensional data, benefiting from a strong connection to nonlinear dynamical systems via the Koopman operator. In this work, we integrate and unify two recent innovations that extend DMD to systems with actuation [56] and systems with heavily subsampled measurements [17]. When ...
